Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Shipping times vary depending on your location:
- Canada & USA: 7–15 business days
- Europe & UK: 10–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 15–30 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. NaviaPath is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
